Judy Harrington has been consulting in the field of compensation design and performance management since 1978. She formed Harrington & Associates, Inc. in January, 1986 after relocating to Florida with her family from the Chicago area where she was Vice President of Consulting Services for MAI- The Management Association. During her nine year affiliation with MAI, Judy consulted with hundreds of small, medium and large firms, primarily engaged in manufacturing.
